DETAILS The Long House
High Offley - Is a small rural village surrounded by the beautiful Staffordshire countryside and being situated some five miles north east of Newport, some nine miles west of the County Town of Stafford with its connection to the M6 and mainline rail link to London and some fourteen miles south west of The Potteries. Wolverhampton and the West Midlands conurbation are also within easy reach. It is also about one mile west of the village of Woodseaves which has a village shop and Post Office, primary school together with pubs and restaurants.

Grubb Street - is something of a misnomer in that it is in reality a small country lane of few properties on the outskirts of the village.

The Property - Is originally believed to date in part from the 18th century with a subsequent 19th century addition and with the latest addition being in the 1960's. Previously the local pub, The Royal Oak, it was sympathetically converted and refurbished some ten years ago into this very impressive and unusually spacious residence which will undoubtedly appeal to a purchaser seeking something 'a little bit out of the ordinary'.
