" A superbly situated family house which was constructed in the 1950's to an excellent specification at that time. Knyghtwood stands in a particularly fine location within Brewood with glorious views over adjoining fields and farmland to the side and rear. The house stands on the fringes of the village within easy reach of the full array of local facilities and amenities including excellent schooling.The residence would benefit from a scheme of improvement and modernisation although we are informed that the house was re-wired in 2006 and there is ample potential for substantial extensions to both ground and first floors (subject to gaining all of the necessary permissions and consents). An unusual feature is the parquet floor to the reception areas which is reputed to have originally been the flooring from the ballroom in the Wulfrun Hall.
