We are delighted to be offering Green Roofs for sale which is a highly desirable individual detached residence which was built in approximately 1933 to the art deco style and which retains many fine features which are synonomous to this very interesting period. The property was originally built by a local potter for his family and has a fascinating collection of stained glass windows. Art Deco properties are relatively rare and Green Roofs is certainly a thirties treasure, which has been refurbished by the present owner over the years including a luxury kitchen and bathroom. It enjoys a unique elevated position commanding fine views and stading in carefully planned landscaped gardens protected by woodlands to the side aspect.
