" Nestled on the edge of Hullbridge Village, living in the country has never been so convenient. A short drive passing by individual character homes, fields, and paddocks, you will feel like you are somewhere else. Beautifully tucked away on Central Avenue with the only cars and horses that pass belong to your neighbours. Although a country feel Hullbridge is only a 2 5 minute drive away, Rayleigh and Hockley are only a 10 minute drive. This home also has a large frontage and a 100ft garden with its own outside office! Before we explore this modern 3 bedroom home, let‘s explore the local area a little.

Open Spaces. Although your home is surrounded by them...
Hullbridge Park a large open space and play area, and the River Crouch. Perfect for a weekend stroll, taking the dog for a walk or somewhere for children to blow off some steam.
