" A beautiful 2 bed house has come available for sale in the ever popular Hockley Road. This house has been very well looked after by its current owners and moving in can be achieved without the need of any kind of work or modernisation. The living space here is quite open plan. With an L-Shaped lounge/diner this home would be great for anyone looking for an area used for entertaining friends and family. There is also a UPVC conservatory at the rear over looking a well presented and established private garden.This home has a wonderful homely feel and would suit either a first time buyer or a young family with one child. On a practical note there is an additional utility room here meaning that the kitchen is not overcrowded.
Since the current owners have lived here they have replaced the bathroom, added the conservatory and built-in wardrobes. This property really does offer a great opportunity and is waiting for its new owner.

We have lived here for almost 9 years now and have been extremely happy here. We are only moving to be closer to family otherwise we would have quite happily have stayed put.We have done a lot of work to the house including the addition of the conservatory . We have taken great care in looking after our garden which is so lovely and private . We will certainly miss our garden during the summer months. There have been so many improvements made here we suggest you take a look for yourselves.
