When we bought this property we were first attracted by its size and layout.One of our main requirements when looking for our new home was to have a nice garden to enjoy during the summer months so this house certainly covered that requirement! We feel that having our own driveway offers a real bonus to potential buyers as we know many other houses in this area do not offer parking.Since we have lived here we have replaced many of the windows with a more modern UPVC style and have re-decorated in parts. We are only moving as we no longer require so much room and are welcoming those who wish to view.
