The Property
A well proportioned detached three bedroom bungalow requiring modernisation throughout and situated within the ever popular village of Alderholt. The property is entered via an entrance porch with flagstone flooring and obscure double glazed UPVC front door leading into the hallway featuring original Parquet flooring and fitted cupboard and door to the bathroom. The dual aspect lounge is spacious and benefits from an open fireplace and serving hatch to the kitchen, with UPVC double glazed window to the front and original single glazed window to the rear with an obscure single glazed door giving access to the sun room.
