THE VILLAGE OF ALDERHOLT
Alderholt is a large self-contained village comprising some 1315
properties with a population of approximately 3040. The village
contains a co-op, which includes a sub-post office, a public house,
two churches, pet store, veterinary surgeon and service garage. The
Fordingbridge doctors hold a surgery in Park Lane Mondays to Friday
mornings (by appointment only). In addition there is a Sports Club
and recreation ground, a riding stables and a strong network of
social and charitable organisations. The village has a primary
school with middle and upper schooling at Cranborne and Wimborne
for which schools transport is provided. Cranborne Chase and a

From our office in Fordingbridge continue along the High Street
taking the left fork in the road just past the Town Hall
(signposted Alderholt/Cranborne). On entering Alderholt complete
the S bend into Station Road and take the fourth turning on the
left into Ringwood Road (with the co-op on the left hand side),
then turn first left into Earlswood Drive.
