The stairs offer a storage cupboard beneath with the soft brown carpet contrasting with the white gloss banisters and balustrades. A panelled white door leads to the sitting room centred around a feature gas fire with cream hearth and surround and an open arch into the dining area creating a dual aspect. Accessed via the entrance hall or dining room the kitchen offers a range of white gloss finish wall and base units with black work surface over and complementing black and white tiled surrounds. There is plumbing for a dishwasher, an inset one and a half bowl sink and drainer, four burner gas hob and single oven with stainless steel hood and filter as well as an under stairs larder.
