The Property
The property is situated within a favoured cul-de-sac location within walking distance of the town centre. The house is extremely well presented throughout with benefits including a generous size lounge/dining room, conservatory, re-fitted kitchen, cloakroom/wc. The Town of Fordingbridge
Fordingbridge is a small but busy town at an historic crossing of the River Avon and on the edge of the New Forest comprising some 2597 properties with a population of approximately 6,000. In Kings Yard the Fordingbridge Museum houses good local history together with the Visitor Information Centre. The parish church of St Mary was mainly built in 1150 and contains some typical Norman characteristics. Amenities include doctors and dentists practices, public library, banks, building society and a wide selection of shops. There is a regular bus service to the nearby town of Ringwood (6 miles), Bournemouth (17 miles) and the Cathedral City of Salisbury (12 miles).
