" A particularly spacious four/five bedroom detached chalet bungalow located in the heart of the village set in a plot of approximately 0.25 acre.

Directions Leave Salisbury on the A338 Ringwood road. At the traffic lights in Downton, turn left through the village. Continue up through the traffic lights and thence on to Woodfalls. At the top of the hill, pass the Chinese and Indian restaurants on the right and take the next turning left into Bowers Hill. Continue along here for a short distance and just before the Kings Head on your left, turn right into Princes Hill which in turn leads into Quavey Road. Continue along here for approximately two miles, turning right into Harthill Drove. Harthill Drove is an unadopted gravel track, continue along here for approximately fifty yards, having passed Folke House on the left hand side. Bear left down a gravel track and you will see the property is straight ahead. Description The property comprises a deceptively spacious four/five bedroom detached bungalow which is presented in excellent order and has the benefit of a good sized garden.
