" Presenting to the market an ideal family home which is situated in the small development of Chambers Avenue. This deceptively spacious three bedroom home has a lounge/diner, kitchen, and master bedroom with en-suite, family bathroom, landscaped rear garden, driveway parking for two cars and a garage. The property is a short walk away from local amenities and local schools.

Internally as you walk through the hallway into the lounge the room wraps around to the left creating an extra space for alternate living/dining room options. The lounge/diner has light coming through from the window and patio doors to the rear aspect. The patio doors step out into the south facing rear garden which the present owner had landscaped previously. The stairs lead to the first floor landing from the corner of the lounge/diner.
