Porton is a popular village situated in the Bourne Valley, between Amesbury and Salisbury, and has a local shop, Post Office, church, primary school, doctor's surgery, pub and a garden/pet centre. Porton has a number of paths and bridleways which provide direct access onto the countryside. It is fronted by a dwarf bricked wall with a hardstanding area for one car to one side and with a driveway to the other leading to a covered car port providing additional off road parking and with a single garage behind. Rear - large, south-westerly facing, private rear garden with a patio area, pond water feature and otherwise laid to lawn with a variety of mature flower and shrub borders. There are two wooden sheds, a metal shed and a green house. At the bottom of the garden are vegetable beds. To the rear of the garage, there is a further outbuilding which has power and light.

Directions
From our office, proceed out of Salisbury on the Castle Road heading to Amesbury. Upon the Beehive roundabout at Old Sarum take the third exit. Follow the road until you reach another roundabout and continue straight towards Porton. As you enter the village turn right into Southbourne Way where the property can be found almost immediately on the right hand side.
