Property
A pretty Grade II Listed, double fronted terraced cottage with mellow brick external elevations to the front under a clay tiled roof and is thought to have originally been a pair of traditional cottages dating from the 17th Century and rebuilt in the late 18th Century. In recent years the property has been extensively and sympathetically refurbished and modernised with great care taken with the alterations to retain the essence of the period character.

Fitted to an exceptionally high standard, this is a charming and welcoming home which would be ideal for use either as a primary residence or weekend retreat with its light, airy and beautifully presented accommodation. Hindon is an excellent base for several highly respected schools in both the state and private sectors. The village is surrounded by idyllic undulating countryside ideal for a variety of rural pursuits including walking, riding and cycling. Racing is at Salisbury, Bath and Wincanton with golf at Tollard Royal, Sherborne and Salisbury. There are several famous visitor attractions nearby such as the National Trust gardens at Stourhead, the stately home and safari park at Longleat and the World Heritage prehistoric site at Stonehenge.
