" Forest View is a substantial, detached, family home arranged over four floors with a total living area of about 1,892 sq ft. There are four generous bedrooms all of which benefit from an ensuite facility. The large entrance hall with ceramic tiled floor is accessible at ground floor level and leads off to a spacious cloakroom and an impressive family room/kitchen. In 2013 the kitchen area has been re-modelled and refitted with an excellent range of cabinetry supplied by Lacewood Designs of Salisbury. From the family room area double glazed French doors lead directly on to a large south facing roof terrace which is fully enclosed with glass and iron safety rails; an external staircase leads down to an attractive, fully enclosed, south facing garden which is also accessible from the lower ground floor.   The lower ground floor (at garden level) offers truly versatile space presently providing an excellent living room, utility room and a bedroom with ensuite - this whole area would readily adapt for use as a basement studio-style flat or granny annexe as it also has its own independent external access via French doors from the garden. There is an oak internal staircase leading down from the ground floor entrance hall.   The master bedroom which is located on the first floor at the rear of the property overlooking the forest has fitted furniture and a full ensuite. Lower Bemerton is a popular residential area to the western side of the cathedral city of Salisbury. There are leisure and recreational facilities including the Five Rivers Leisure Centre, private members gymnasiums, golf club and recreation ground and three tennis clubs. DIRECTIONS From the centre of Salisbury proceed along the A36 Churchill Way West. At St Paul's roundabout take the second exit following the A36 Wilton Road. Continue to follow the A36 crossing the Skew Bridge and continuing passing Bemerton recreation ground which includes the golf centre. After a short distance turn left into Skew Road signposted Quidhampton. Proceed down into the village passing the sharp turning on the left into Lower Road and Forest View will be found after a short distance on the left hand side.
