" This detached chalet style three bedroom house built in the mid 1970's is situated in a popular residential cul-de-sac in the town of Wilton. All the properties in the cul-de-sac enjoy shared ownership of adjoining meadowland which borders the river Nadder to which there are fishing rights; The meadowland stretches amost the length of the road.
