" A pretty semi detached Grade II Listed thatched cottage standing centrally within the popular village of Appleshaw. This enchanting modernised cottage offers much in the way of character and charm with a most welcoming main reception room which works well as a sitting/dining room. The fireplace has a wood burning stove which makes this home from home and there are many features including exposed beams and latched windows. The kitchen is well proportioned with a plethora of cupboards, stairs to the first floor and a stable door to the rear courtyard garden.

On the first floor there are two light and airy bedrooms, a family bathroom which overlooks the courtyard and a useful study area.

Situation
The cottage sits in the picturesque village of Appleshaw just 5 miles from both Andover and Tidworth and only a couple of miles from the A303. This small parish lies on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border and includes the hamlets of Redenham and Ragged Appleshaw. The village itself boasts a thriving community, St Peter's C of E Primary School, village hall, recreation ground, The Walnut Tree Inn and a church. The nearest station can be found at Andover with services to Waterloo in just over an hour.
