" Overview
House Network are delighted to offer this spacious and well presented four bedroom detached property in a countryside location close to the town of Andover.

The current owners have lived in the property for 15 years, from new, and have undertaken a number of improvements on the property, including Everest double glazing throughout, the addition of a 3rd reception room as a study/family room and more recently, replacing both bathrooms.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, dining room, kitchen breakfast room with seperate utility room, living room with french doors to the garden and a family room/study with feature high ceiling. Stairs rise to the first floor landing with four double bedrooms (two with fitted wardrobes and main with ensuite shower room) and a family bathroom. Both the family room and the en-suite benefit from underfloor heating and the rest is heated via an oil fired central heating system. To the front is a sizeable gravelled driveway with detached garage. In our opinion there could be further extension potential subject to planning. To the rear is a private garden with lawned areas and patio for entertaining and dining.

The property sits close to local amenities and main commuter routes including rail services being approximately 4.6 miles from Grately Railway Station. Local schooling is close by being approximately 1.1 miles from Kimpton, Thruxton and Fyfield Church of England Primary School and approximately 2.2 miles from Appleshaw St Peter's CofE Primary School.

The property measures approximately 1860 sq ft.
