Leave Andover on the Salisbury Road and proceed on the A343 towards Salisbury.  Take the second turning on the right signposted Abbotts Ann at the Poplar Farm Inn and follow this road to the centre of the village.  At the T-junction turn right where the property can be found on the left hand side.
