" Situated off of Castle Road, in a desirable residential area, this semi detached house is offered to the market with no forward chain. The property would benefit from some modernisation, and offers potential to be a great family home.

On entering the property is a spacious hallway giving access to the ground floor accommodation. The living room has a bay window to the front aspect. The dining room has an open fire place, and gives access to the conservatory, which in turn leads on to the garden. The kitchen comprises two sections, both with modern fitted units, a pantry cupboard and door to the rear garden. To the first floor are two good size double bedrooms and a good size single. The bathroom consists of bath and sink and also houses the airing cupboard, the WC is separate.
