" This is a very fine and unspoilt four bedroom late Victorian townhouse, which has been very well kept and updated from time to time. As a result the house is unusual in that a huge amount of the original features are still in placeG??original fireplaces, exposed pine floorboards, cornicing and plasterwork, 4 and 6 panel pine doors, original rim latches and brass door knobs, gas light fittings etc. The house is perfect for a family with lots of space, kitchen big enough for a large table, separate utility room and walk in larder with window. The south east facing rear garden has a large area of raised decking and the rest is laid to lawn. At the front there is off road parking for at least two cars. "
