" Located within a quiet, closed road this beautifully presented town house offers a fantastic amount of space set over three floors. The accommodation comprises three double bedrooms, en suite shower room, family bathroom, sitting room, family/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, downstairs cloakroom and off road parking for two cars.

Ground Floor
The spacious entrance hallway provides the stairs to the first floor as well as a handy storage cupboard for shoes and coats. On the opposite side is the ample sized family/dining room that benefits from a large window overlooking the front of the property.
