" A quintessential and charming cottage located in a sought-after area within the village of Ampfield. This three bedroom residence is bursting with character and is truly unique with lots of scope to make the property your own. The village of Ampfield enjoys a convenient position within a short commute to both the market town of Romsey and the cathedral city of Winchester with their excellent amenities, the latter with more widespread amenities and main line railway station to London Waterloo, together with being in close proximity of main road and the motorway links of the M27 and M3 and Southampton airport is also within a short commute.

Preliminary Details
The property is bursting with character and charm and offers quirky living which can be adjusted to suit individual needs. The main entrance leads into the cosy country kitchen which really is the heart of the house and benefits from an AGA and handmade wooden units.
