" On the second floor of a very modern and stylish block, a large 2 double bedroom apartment with a 13'10 x 11'1 living room with glazed doors to a juliette balcony, an applianced kitchen, en suite shower room to the principal bedroom, and a full bathroom. Heating is from radiators fed from a communal boiler and with individual controls. A parking space is allocated to the apartment. The block is set in landscaped gardens and occupies a handy location just a walk into Eastleigh town centre with its train and bus stations, mall and cinema, and has fast access to the M3 & M27.

The apartment is on the second floor and access is by stairs or a lift. The communal entrance has a security entryphone system. A private panelled door opens to the entrance hall of the property. ENTRANCE HALL Wall mounted entryphone, Drayton central heating thermostat, radiator, provision of power points, and ceilings throughout the apartment are plain plastered.
