There are ample parking areas and a large double garage with a small workshop area together with the added benefit of heating for the use of housing classic cars. The grounds are very impressive and set within two and half acres of land that has established border planting and numerous terrace areas including play areas for the young members of the family. The boundaries lead onto the nature reserve of Roydon Woods and gives an ideal tranquil setting backdrop to the property. The accommodation of this property incorporates five bedrooms and four reception rooms and is presented in a beautiful order throughout with parts of the house having a refurbishment over the years.
