Since the EPC chart was carried out, 8 solar panels and an iBoost system have been installed. The house has also had extra insulation throughout!

This house is nestled away in the corner of a quiet, tree-lined, private cul-de-sac.  Woods to walk in at the end of the close, and local fields with beautiful allotments.

The brand new, solar panels mean token electricity bills.  Currently set at ยฃ1 per month, as more electricity is produced than used by the current owners; who both work from home.

Central heating radiators and all hot water is fuelled by a woodcoal burning stove.  The hot water is alternatively heated by solar panels when the sun shines all year round using the iBoost system installed.  The house is fully double glazed and has cavity wall insulation. The attic is insulated and part boarded with a ladder for access.

The double-glazed log drying store in the garden will be filled with enough logs to last you over a year or two!   No more gas bills!  The gas supply has been disconnected but could be reinstalled.

This two double-bedroom semi detached house has the benefit of having a private garden to the rear along with parking to the front of the property.

The front door opens into an entrance porch which leads to the living room where stairs rise to the first floor.  There is ample space for a large TV and two large sofas.

The flooring to the entire ground floor is coloured, Indian sandstone so is very practical as well as warm and beautiful.

A hand made, solid oak, gothic arch leads through to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of wooden cupboards and drawer units with a dishwasher, washing machine and a large US style fridge freezer with ice machine.

The main feature of the kitchen is the wood burning Rayburn Royale hotplate and oven cooker, which also provides the hot water and heating.

The dining room has a large, double glazed skylight. This is South facing, so brings an abundance of natural light into the dining room and the kitchen.

On the first floor landing, is an airing cupboard with hot water cylinder.  This has a solar powered immersion heater for hot water and also houses the control iBoost unit.

There are two bedrooms, each with large, fitted wardrobes and also a modern bathroom with power shower.

The bedrooms have recently been laid with brand new luxury carpet.

Outside:

A French door opens from the conservatory into the low maintenance, paved South facing rear patio area.  An aviaryshed stands at the end of the garden.
