Clarendon Park is a small and established development of detached houses each nicely separated from its neighbour. Positioned off a tree lined lane on the fringes of Lymington, the house is less than three quarters of a mile from the townβ€˜s Georgian High Street and equally convenient for the local sailing clubs and rural pubs. There is a local parade of shops at Fox Pond which caters for most daily requirements and Priestlands secondary school is also nearby as well as being very well regarded. Lymington offers a wide range of shops and amenities as well as a railway station to London via Brockenhurst. Excellent walks can be found at Lymington sea wall and marshes which can be accessed a short walk away through Woodside Park. There are local beaches at Milford on Sea and Barton on Sea as well as superb walks and cycle rides across the New Forest National Park just to the north.
