Although now lapsed the property has previously obtained permission to create first floor accommodation (Winchester City Council 09/02465/FUL) and it is considered that this potential still exists subject to gaining up to date consents. 

This lovely home has been much improved by the current owners and offers bright airy accommodation throughout.
