" We are delighted to be able to offer this super four bedroom, family home situated in the very heart of Meonstoke village. The property offers a surprising range of accommodation with generous proportions throughout, as well as an attractive rear garden of approximately 100 ft.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance Porch, Entrance Hall, Family Room, Sitting Room & Snug, Kitchen Dining Room, Utility Room, Cloakroom, Garage; FIRST FLOOR: Master Bedroom, Three Further Double Bedrooms, Family Bathroom.

This bright and airy property has been a much enjoyed family home for the owners for the past 14 years, in which time they have made considerable improvements. Today the house offers all the practicalities required of a family home, with spacious entrance hall/boot room, separate utility room with access to the rear, downstairs toilet, a separate family room and spacious living area. Externally there is a good sized rear garden with paved terrace, an attached garage providing excellent storage as well as off road parking. On the first floor, all four of the bedrooms will accommodate a double bed and are served by a large family bathroom with separate bath and shower.
