" Offered with no forward chain, this well-proportioned four bedroom detached home is situated on a good size overall plot, offering ample off road parking, a double garage and a southerly facing rear garden which wraps around to the side of the house. Internally, the property is in need of some updating and comprises a spacious lounge, separate dining room, kitchenbreakfast room and shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, all with fitted cupboards, and a family bathroom.

The property is located in Boorley Green which is conveniently situated close to the pretty village of Botley, offering a range of shops, restaurants and amenities, including a mainline train station.
