" A beautifully presented four bedroom detached family home which has been completely modernised to an exceptionally high standard by the current owners including a large conservatory, stunning kitchen/diner, new bathroom, modern en-suite and new double glazing throughout. The property is also conveniently situated within walking distance of excellent local schools, the village shop, park and church as well as conveniently close to the neighbouring villages of Bishops Waltham and Wickham, both of which have a broad range of shops and amenities and are also only half an hour away from Winchester, Southampton Airport and all main motorway access routes are also close by.

Accommodation on the ground floor briefly comprises a 21ft sitting room, conservatory, stunning modern 16ft kitchen/breakfast room, separate utility room and cloakroom. Whilst on the first floor there are four good size bedrooms, modern en-suite to the master and a family bathroom. Additional benefits include a garage, driveway and an enclosed rear garden.

Follow the road round turning right into the second cul-de-sac where the property can be found on the left hand side.
