" INTRODUCTION Dating back to circa 1900, this stunning and thoughtfully extended family home comes with a good-sized beautiful mature garden, off road parking for several vehicles and double detached garage. The property has a lovely light and airy feel with accommodation on the ground floor briefly comprising a good-sized entrance hall, stunning 24ft sitting room with vaulted ceiling, modern kitchenbreakfast room, 15ft dining room, family roomfourth bedroom and shower room. On the first floor there are then a further three bedrooms including a 14ft master bedroom and modern family bathroom. 

LOCATION The property is set along Hillside, a quiet lane off Kitnocks Hill, in the centre of this popular village which benefits from its own primary school, church, pub and cricket ground with Botleyβ€˜s mainline railway station also benefitting from being within walking distance. The pretty market towns of both Bishops Waltham and Wickham are also close by, as is Southampton Airport and Southampton Parkway station, with fast track trains to London, being less than fifteen minutes away. The Cathedral City of Winchester is just under half an hour away and all main motorway access routes are also within easy reach. 

INSIDE The house is approached via a pathway leading to a half brick and oak framed entrance porch with a double glazed front door then opening through to a well-proportioned entrance hall which has ceramic tiled flooring, doors leading to a useful store cupboard and then modern downstairs shower room with suite comprising a fitted shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. OUTSIDE The property is accessed via a five-bar gate leading onto a shingled driveway that provides off road parking for several cars and then leads to a double detached garage which has two metal up and over doors, power, light and eaves storage space. There is then a gate and pathway leading through to a good-sized beautiful mature rear garden which has a walled patio area leaving the rest of the garden mainly laid to lawn yet well-stocked with a wide variety of mature flowers, trees and shrubs. There is also a vegetable patch with raised beds to one side and brick store, with the garden also being fully enclosed.
