" This well presented four bedroom detached family home briefly comprises an entrance hall, study, 17lounge, stunning 25ft kitchen/diner and a utility room/cloakroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master, and a family bathroom. Outside there is a driveway providing off road parking, leading to the garage.

The property is located in the popular development of Boorley Park and benefits from being close to Botley village centre with its range of shops and local amenities. The property is also close to local schools and the M27 motorway links.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor and doors through to the study, utility, kitchen and lounge. The 17ft lounge has a bay window to the front and double doors leading through to the dining area. The kitchen has a window overlooking the rear garden and has been fitted with a matching range of white high gloss wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is built-in oven and gas hob with extractor over, as well as an integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The room is open plan to the dining area which has French doors leading out to the rear garden. At the end of this road turn left into Winchester Road and continue along this road which will turn into Botley Road. At the roundabout turn right into Kingsman Drive and after a short distance turn left into Way Field Close.  "
