Description:    The farmhouse is approached via a five bar gate where there are elevated views across the surrounding countryside and onwards towards the Rosebowl at West End. The farmhouse itself may date back some five hundred years and whilst it has been extended over more recent years still retains many original features including inglenook fireplaces, beams and feature fireplaces in the bedrooms. The farmhouse will in due course however require some more significant restoration work and upgrading.

Location:    The small village of Curdridge itself offers access to the market villages of Botley, Wickham and Bishops Waltham which all have an array of banks, shops, post offices, stores both public and private, restaurants and public houses. Curdridge itself offers schooling, a church, access to bus routes, and postal service. The home is well situated with road links to the M27, M3 and A32. local towns and cities are Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth and onwards to Brighton and London.
