" This three bedroom semi-detached cottage, built approximately in the mid-19th Century, has an abundance of charm, character and desirable features and was constructed for use as part of The Coach House. Located within the sought after area of Curdridge and positioned on an extensive garden plot, the property benefits from a large detached garage with a 22ft first floor office above. Additional features of the house include updated original style, wooden framed, double glazed windows throughout, oil central heating and off road parking. The property has a flying freehold and therefore the first floor accommodation is larger than the ground floor.

Set in the grounds of Summerlands House and located within the sought after area of Curdridge, the local area provides easy access to the nearby historic villages of Bishops Waltham and Botley which have a mainline railway station with connections to London Waterloo. Other amenities include a village church and primary school. Larger facilities can be found at Hedge End with access to major cities such as Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth via the M27 and M3. 

INSIDE The front porch opens into the entrance hall area which opens to the dining room, formerly the tack room, which is now used as a convenient dining area with a sash window overlooking the gardens and access to the first floor, kitchen and lounge.
