" Southbrook Mews is a quiet and thoughtfully designed retirement development and popular due to the fact that it is situated in the very heart of Bishops Waltham's picturesque village centre with its array of shops, restaurants and amenities. The village itself is also ideally located close to the neighbouring villages of Wickham and Botley as well as only a stone's throw away from the Cathedral City of Winchester, Southampton Airport and all main motorway access routes.

This well proportioned light and airy two bedroom ground floor maisonette is situated at the far end of the block and comes with its own patio area overlooking the beautifully kept communal gardens and with the additional benefit of off road parking. Due to both the accommodation on offer and the property's location an early viewing truly is a must.
 

INSIDE The property is approached via a pathway leading to a covered entrance porch and wooden and glass panelled front door which then leads through to a spacious, bright hallway which has laminate flooring, an airing cupboard to one side and door then leading through to the kitchen. A double glazed window overlooks the rear gardens whilst the kitchen itself is fitted with a range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a single bowl sink unit, space for a washing machine and further appliance space, the room also has laminate flooring and an archway to one side that leads through to the good size sitting room which has a full length window and double glazed door to the side leading out onto the rear patio area.

There is then a well proportioned wet room which is fully tiled with an open shower with hand rails, a wash hand basin to the side and low level WC.
 

OUTSIDE To both the front, side and rear of the property there are beautiful, well cared for communal gardens which are mainly laid to lawn yet well planted with a variety of flowers and shrubs. There is also a car park adjacent to the block providing residents and visitors parking.
