" INTRODUCTION This spacious four bedroom detached family home is situated within a highly requested and conveniently located area of Swanwick and therefore benefits from a range of local amenities.

The spacious accommodation briefly comprises an entrance hall, L-shaped lounge/diner measuring in excess of 20ft in length, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and conservatory. On the first floor four good sized bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside there is a driveway providing off road parking, front and rear gardens and a garage.  

INSIDE The front door leads into an entrance porch which in turn leads into the spacious entrance hall which has stairs to the first floor and double doors leading through to the L-shaped lounge/diner, which is a double aspect room with windows to the front and rears aspects. There is a door that leads to the rear garden, and double doors leading through to the conservatory. The conservatory is has double glazed windows on all sides and double doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room offers a range of wall and base units as well as space for appliances. There is a window to the rear aspect and a door leading through to the utility room. The cloakroom has a low level WC and wash hand basin.

On the first floor, the landing provides access to all four bedrooms and the family bathroom. master bedroom has a window to the rear aspect overlooking the rear garden and benefits from fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two has a window to the front aspect and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom three has a window to the front aspect. Bedroom four has a window to the rear aspect and an airing cupboard. The bathroom has a window to the rear aspect, separate shower, low level WC, wash hand basin and panelled bath.  

OUTSIDE The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with a driveway providing off road parking for a number of cars and leading to the garage. The garage has an up and over door. DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End head away from the village centre along Bursledon Road and as you exit the village turn left into Dodwell Lane. Follow the lane all the way through to the end turning left onto Bridge Road. Continue along this road for some distance before turning left into Swanwick Lane. After a short distance turn left into Old Swanwick Lane then left again onto Tollgate Road before turning right into Quay Haven where they property is located on the right hand side.   "
