" INTRODUCTION A spacious and thoughtfully designed modern family home with five double bedrooms, set within this popular village. The property is within easy reach of the picturesque villages of Botley with its mainline railway station and Bishops Waltham with both Swanick and Hamble Marinas also close by. Swanick Nature Reserve provides some beautiful walks and again is only minutes away.

The property offers exceptionally good size accommodation throughout and has been thoughtfully designed with accommodation on the ground floor comprising a large entrance hall, 20ft sitting room, spacious dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility, cloakroom and office. INSIDE The property is approached via the driveway leading to a covered entrance porch from which a set of double doors lead through to a beautiful large entrance hall. DIRECTIONS From our office head out of Bishops Waltham along Botley Road, passing through Curdridge and follow this road to the very end turning right onto Station Hill. Follow this road along for a short distance turning left onto the A3051 signposted 'Swanick' and follow this road along passing through Curbridge. This road will automatically turn into Botley Road.
