" Situated in a cul-de sac and backing onto a nature reserve, this four bedroom detached family home briefly comprises a well-proportioned lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, utility, study and cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with a modern en-suite to the master, and a family bathroom. Outside there is off road parking, a double garage and a landscaped rear garden.

The property is situated within Hedge End and benefits from being within walking distance of the village centre, offering a range of shops, schools and amenities. Hedge Endβ€˜s out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor, a built-in storage cupboard and doors through to all principal rooms. The study has a bay window to the front and a fitted cupboard, whilst the good size lounge overlooks the rear garden and has a feature fireplace to one wall. Double doors to the side then lead through to the dining room, which also has a window to the rear. The kitchen has been fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with a Bosch built-in oven and gas hob with extractor over, as well as space for a fridgefreezer and dishwasher.
