" INSIDE The front door leads to the spacious Entrance hall, which has stairs to the first floor and doors to the Kitchen and Lounge. Th kitchen is situated to the front of the property has a window over looking the front aspect and has a range of wall and base units with space for appliances. The Lounge/diner is a good size and has patio doors to the rear leading to the conservatory which in turn has doors to the rear garden.
On the first floor there is landing which has the airing cupboard. The Master bedroom can be found to the rear of the property has a fitted wardrobe and window to the rear bedrooms 2 and 3 have windows to the front.The family bathroom has been re-fitted with a matching suite comprising of panel bath LL WC and sink unit. 

OUTSIDE To the front of the property is parking for 2 cars to the side of the property. The rear garden is enclosed and lawned with decked area. 

DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End, proceed on Upper Northam Road, toward St Johns Road.
