" This very well presented four bedroom detached family home briefly comprises a spacious living room, 21ft kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, family room, conservatory, utility and cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four good size bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master, and a modern family bathroom.

To the front of the property there is a driveway providing ample off road parking, leading to the garage. To the rear there is a beautiful, landscaped rear garden, enjoying a southerly aspect.

The property is located towards the end of a cul-de-sac in the popular area of Hedge End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities. Hedge End's out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the inviting entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor, built-in storage cupboards and doors through to the living room, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room.
