" This extended four bedroom detached Victorian home occupies a larger than average plot and features ample off road parking for several cars, a detached double garage and a beautiful rear garden. The accommodation on the ground floor comprises a lounge, dining room, L-shaped kitchenbreakfast room, further receptionfourth bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a โ€˜Jack and Jillโ€˜ shower room.

The property is located in Old Hedge End and benefits from being within walking distance of the village centre, offering a range of shops and amenities. Reputable schools and the M27 motorway links are also close by. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor, an understairs storage cupboard and doors through to the dining room, kitchenbreakfast room and reception roomfourth bedroom, which has a window to the front. The dining room also has a window to the front aspect, as well as a door leading through to the kitchenbreakfast room which has windows to the side and rear and a door to the side.
