" Situated in a cul-de-sac location, this well-presented two bedroom terraced home briefly comprises a lounge, modern kitchenbreakfast room and conservatory on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Outside the property benefits from two allocated parking spaces and a rear garden.

The property is located on the outskirts of Botley and benefits from being within close proximity of local playing fields and Botleyβ€˜s pretty village centre, offering a range of shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as a mainline train station. Hedge Endβ€˜s village centre, local schools and the M27 motorway links are also close by. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch which in turn leads through to the well-proportioned lounge, which has stairs leading to the first floor and a window to the front. The modern kitchenbreakfast room has been fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with a built-in oven and hob with extractor over, as well as appliance space for a fridgefreezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a fitted breakfast bar, a window to the rear and door leading through to the conservatory which has French door opening out to the rear garden.
