" This two bedroom terraced home briefly comprises an entrance porch, 18ft lounge and fitted kitchen. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. Outside there is an attractive rear garden, off road parking and a garage located in a nearby block.

The property is located on the outskirts of Botley and is close to both Hedge End and Botley Village Centre's, offering a range of local shops, schools and amenities. Larger facilities can be found at Hedge End's out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway network is close by.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch which in turn leads through to the lounge. The 18ft lounge has a window to the front, stairs leading to the first floor and a door through to the kitchen. The kitchen has a window and door leading out to the rear garden and has been fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a built-in double oven, dishwasher, electric hob with extractor over, as well as space for further appliances.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a window to the front, whilst bedroom two overlooks the rear garden and has a fitted cupboard to one wall. The bathroom has been fitted with a modern suite comprising a panel enclosed bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
 

OUTSIDE To the front of the property there is a lawned garden and pathway leading to the entrance. DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End turn right at the traffic lights into Lower Northam Road and at the roundabout take the fourth exit into Kings Copse Avenue. Continue along this road and at the second roundabout take the first exit into Sovereign Drive. Turn right into Precosa Road and then first right into Sengana Close, where the property can be found a short way along on the left hand side.   "
