" Situated in a cul-de-sac location, this two bedroom, end-terraced home briefly comprises a spacious living room, modern kitchen, two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden and a garage in a nearby block. Additional benefits include new double glazed windows and doors throughout, installed in 2021, a brand new flat roof on the porch and a lean-to storage area along the side of the property.

The property is located on the outskirts of Botley and benefits from being within walking distance of Freegrounds Infant and Junior Schools, as well as close to local shops and amenities, including both Botley and Hedge End village centreβ€˜s, and the M27 motorway links.
