" Situated in a cul-de-sac location, this three bedroom semi-detached home benefits from a driveway, single garage and a south westerly facing rear garden. The accommodation briefly comprises a well-proportioned living room, kitchendiner and cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.

The property is situated in the popular area of Grange Park and benefits from being within walking distance of Hedge Endβ€˜s train station, as well as close to local shops, schools and amenities, including the M27 motorway links. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the hallway which has a window to the side and doors leading through to the living room and cloakroom, which has a window to the front. The well-proportioned living room has stairs leading to the first floor and a window to the front. A door at the end leads through to the kitchendiner which has an understairs storage cupboard, two windows to the rear and a door leading out to the garden. Take the first turning on the left into Peppercorn Way and then first left again into Adams Close. Follow the road round to the left, where the property can be found straight ahead.
