" This modern three bedroom family home is well presented throughout, comprising an 18ft lounge, modern kitchen/diner with patio doors leading out to the rear garden, downstairs cloakroom, three bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master and a family bathroom. Outside there is a driveway providing off road parking and an enclosed rear garden.

The property is situated in a popular area of Hedge End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities, including Hedge End's train station and retail park.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has doors through to the cloakroom and lounge. The 18ft lounge has a window to the front, a fitted cupboard and stairs leading to the first floor. A door at the end leads through to the kitchen/diner which has a window and patio doors to the rear leading out to the garden. The kitchen has been fitted with a modern range of units with a built-in oven and gas hob with extractor over, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

On the first floor the master bedroom has a window to the front and a fitted wardrobe. At the next roundabout turn right into Tollbar Way and continue along this road, turning right into White's Way. Take the third turning on the right into Hansen Gardens and follow the road round to the left and then turn right, where the property can be found a short way along on the right hand side.  "
