" INSIDE The property is approached via the driveway leading to a paved patio area, from which a double glazed front door leads directly through to the entrance hall. The hallway has an airing cupboard, access to the loft, a door leading through to a cloakroom and a further door to one side leading through to a well proportioned, light and airy lounge/diner. This room has a window to the front as well as three windows along one wall and an open fireplace with slate tiled hearth, wall lights and a set of double glazed sliding doors at one end leading directly out onto the rear patio. The kitchen has a double glazed door and window overlooking the rear garden and is fitted with a matching range of base units with cupboards and drawers. There is a built-in double oven and gas hob, single bowl sink unit, plumbing space for an automatic dishwasher and further appliance space. The room also has a storage cupboard to one wall and fitted shelving. The master bedroom, which is a good size room, has a double fitted wardrobe to one wall and overlooks the front of the property, as does bedroom three which is currently used as an office and also has a fitted wardrobe. Whilst bedroom two, again a good size double room, overlooks the rear garden and has a fitted double wardrobe to one wall. The family bathroom has an obscured double glazed window to the rear and is fitted with a modern suite comprising of a panel enclosed bath with shower over, wash hand basin set in vanity unit with cupboards below and matching WC.

DIRECTIONS From our office in Bishops Waltham head out of the village along Botley Road and continue along this road to the very end turning right onto Station Hill. Continue along this road for some distance bearing right at the end into Mill Hill and continue for a short distance passing Botley Mills and immediately afterwards turn right into Winchester Street. After a short distance turn left into Alexandra Way and then left at the very end of the road into Pern Drive where the property can be found on the left hand side.
