" This beautifully presented two bedroom terraced home briefly comprises a lounge, modern kitchen/diner, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is allocated parking for two cars to the front of the property, whilst to the rear there is a low maintenance garden with a decked seating area.

The property is located in the popular area of Hedge End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities including Hedge End's mainline railway station and out-of-town retail park.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the lounge which has a window to the front, stairs leading to the first floor and an opening through to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen has a window and door leading out to the garden and has been fitted with a matching range of modern wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a double oven with extractor over and space for further appliances (negotiable).

On the first floor, the master bedroom has two windows to the front and a fitted cupboard to one wall. Bedroom two has a window to the rear, as does the bathroom which has been fitted with a panel enclosed bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
