" This four bedroom detached home is located in the sought after area of Park View, located close to the village of Botley and comes with a garage, driveway and front and rear gardens. The property offers flexible accommodation comprising an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, dining room, additional sitting room, study, bathroom and reception/further bedroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms a shower room and WC. To the front of the property there is a driveway leading to a garage and a front garden. To the rear there is an enclosed garden.
 

INSIDE The front door leads through to the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor and doors through to the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and reception/bedroom. The lounge has a window to the front, a fireplace to one wall and double doors leading through to the dining room which has patio doors leading out to the rear garden and a door through to the sitting room. The sitting room also has patio doors leading out to the garden and doors leading through to the study, which has a window to the front. The kitchen has a window and door to the rear and has been fitted with a range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a fitted oven with hob and space for further appliances. There is a further reception room to the front of the property, which could also be used as a bedroom, and has a window to the front. The ground floor bathroom has a window to the side and comprises a panel enclosed bath, wash hand basin and WC.

On the first floor the master bedroom has a window to the rear, a storage cupboard and access to the WC. There are three further bedrooms and a shower room with a window to the rear.
 

OUTSIDE To the front of the property there is a front garden with a driveway to the side providing off road parking, leading to the single garage. A gate and pathway leads through to the rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a patio area and mature tree and shrub borders. 

DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End turn right at the traffic lights onto Lower Northam Road. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Woodhouse Lane. At the end of this road turn right onto Winchester Street and follow this road for a short distance turning right into Park View, where the property can be found on the right hand side.  "
